EMI & eligibility

Enter the ROI the bank quotes — every institution prices differently — then in-hand income. FOIR / DBR follows the salary band (50% at ₹20–35k, up to 70–75% at ₹75k and above). Existing EMIs come off that FOIR before eligible amount. Indicative only. These figures are arithmetic — not an AI underwrite and not a sanction.

OD is lighter on the monthly cash this month — you are not forced to repay principal. Interest over the period is lower on the personal loan — OD at 50% drawn is expensive because the principal never shrinks. If you will keep the money fully drawn for years, take the personal loan. If you need a working line you park and draw, take the OD.
