Mandate
WishON prepares and lodges the credit proposal with the lending institution. The bank or NBFC alone appraises, prices, sanctions, and disburses. We do not accept deposits, do not maintain a loan book, and do not represent a guaranteed sanction. Commission, if any, is paid by the partner lender. There is no sourcing fee from the applicant.
Personal loans and unsecured business facilities are placed with private banks and NBFCs. Home loans are placed with nationalised banks and housing-finance companies. The applicant executes documents with the lender, not with WishON.
Method
Origination begins with the profile — bureau (CIBIL), banking conduct, FOIR, and constitution — before a lender login. Where the file is unlikely to clear, we advise delay, rectification, or a dispute with the bureau rather than a hard enquiry. Where it is viable, we recommend one or two institutions, not a simultaneous approach to the market.
Indicative rates, tenures, and partner names are published on this site. The sanction letter remains the only binding commercial document.
Role of technology on this desk. Artificial intelligence does not score CIBIL, select a lender, or sanction a loan at WishON. This website collects the enquiry, runs EMI and FOIR arithmetic, and opens WhatsApp. Facility matching is a purpose selector, not a model. A counsellor — Devraj Kashyap and the operations team — reads the official CIBIL report and the banking. The partner bank or NBFC alone appraises and sanctions.

That reading determines whether an unsecured proposal is placed with a private bank or an NBFC, and whether a housing proposal is placed with a nationalised bank, before any bureau is pulled at login.
